The answer to the visual game #2 is

It is a division of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) located in Westlands Nairobi- (their site appears to be down currently, please check it at a later date.)

The building is that of the lecture halls. I liked the clean design and beautiful use of color.

Update: Most were really quick on this one: This is the Global Museum in Westlands Nairobi. It does have a meditation center in there.
